For this round of Who Wore It Better, the two that are battling it out are...Brandy and Jennifer Stone! Let's begin.

Here they are both wear a silvery-black and blue dress that is quite short. Brandy's hair is past her shoulders which balances the shortness of the dress. She has also played it safe with the accessories and the ankle-boots by making them blend in with the outfit. Jennifer's hair is also a little past her shoulders and has used minimum accessories so the dress does the talking. The peep-toes shoes, unlike Brandy's, are black and simple. So who won? Drum roll please...in my opinion it was...Brandy. But they both look amazing with the dress on.
